The Tomlinson's Cabo Wedding

Some wedding days stay with you long after you've packed your camera away, and The Tomlinson's breathtaking celebration in Cabo San Lucas is one I'll never forget. Filled with vibrant colors, intentional design, and unforgettable moments, this luxury destination wedding perfectly captured everything I love about documenting weddings around the world.

The day began at the stunning Viceroy Los Cabos, where the bride and groom prepared separately while overlooking the sparkling Sea of Cortez. The modern architecture, clean lines, natural light, and peaceful atmosphere created the perfect setting for timeless bridal portraits and meaningful getting-ready moments. As a luxury destination wedding photographer, these quiet moments before the celebration officially begins are some of my favorites to capture.

From there, guests gathered at the incredible Acre Resort, one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Cabo. Nestled among lush palm trees and tropical greenery, Acre is the perfect blend of elevated luxury and natural beauty. Every corner offers an incredible backdrop for romantic wedding portraits, documentary-style photography, and authentic moments that tell the full story of the day.

One of the standout elements of this wedding was the intentionally curated design by Rachel with Lynette Dow Weddings. Every detail felt thoughtful, refined, and deeply personal. The planning was seamless, allowing the couple to be fully present while every event flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. Working alongside talented wedding planners who prioritize both beauty and guest experience always elevates the entire celebration and creates space for genuine moments to unfold naturally.

The colorful wedding palette was nothing short of spectacular. Bright florals, colorful fruit, bold tablescapes, layered textures, and vibrant details perfectly complemented the tropical surroundings of Cabo San Lucas. The intentional use of color brought so much life and personality into every photograph while maintaining an elevated, luxury aesthetic. It was the perfect reminder that colorful weddings can be both playful and incredibly sophisticated.

As a destination wedding photographer, my goal is always to preserve not only how your wedding looked but how it felt. From emotional vows beneath the palms to golden hour portraits throughout Acre's stunning property and a lively reception filled with laughter and celebration, every image tells a piece of The Tomlinson's story.
